Paul Ching, Chief Executive Officer.  Mr. Ching has forty-five years of experience working in energy exploration and production and serving on various boards of directors of several energy companies.  In March 2017, Paul and his son, Brian, formed Bainbridge Energy Partners, LLC (“Bainbridge Energy”), an energy exploration and production company focused on acquiring undervalued, onshore production-based oil and gas assets in the United States.  Prior to forming Bainbridge, Mr. Ching served as Chief Operating Officer of KJ Energy from August 2014 to December 2016.  From June 1973 to July 2007, Paul was employed by Royal Dutch Shell, plc (“Shell”) and, during his tenure, Paul served in various technical and senior executive positions with experience working in Texas (East Texas, South Texas and West Texas basins), Michigan Silurian Reef trend, Rockies, Belridge Oil Field (California heavy oil), Gulf of Mexico, offshore Cameroon, China, offshore Malaysia and Yemen.  During his last five years with Shell, he served as Shell’s global Vice President of Research and Development.  Mr. Ching currently serves on the board of directors of All American Oil & Gas Inc. (May 2014 to present) and World Energy Systems, Inc. (2010 to present).  Paul has previously served on the Board of Directors of Meridian Resource Corporation (NYSE: “TMR”) (2008-2010 and as Chairman, CEO & President for the last one and half years), 11308 Inc. f/k/a Monitor Corporation (2004-2016), Ingrain, Inc. (2007-2014), Oilsands Quest, Inc. (NYSE: “BQI”) (2010-2012), NanoDynamics, Inc. (2007-2009), Advisory Boards of Multi-Chem (2010-2013) and Energy Ventures (2014-2016), and Advanced Energy Consortium, Executive Advisor (2007-2009).  Paul has been an active member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers for 45 years and the American Association of Petroleum Geologists for 40 years.  Mr. Ching received a Bachelor of Arts degree in mathematics in 1969 from Northern State College and a Master of Science in geological engineering in 1973 from the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology.
 
Brian Ching, President.  Mr. Ching co-founded Bainbridge Energy in March of 2017 with a strategy of buying upstream oil and gas assets having known cash flows from existing PDP production as well as creating value through cost efficiencies, production optimization and targeting behind pipe and development drilling opportunities.  Prior to Bainbridge Energy, Mr. Ching was a co-founder and served as the Director of Land & Acquisitions for KJ Energy with operations in East Texas and North Louisiana.  Prior to KJ Energy, Mr. Ching was a Managing Member of a private upstream company with interests in South Texas and Colorado.  Mr. Ching previously spent just under a decade in real estate buying commercial retail assets and developing residential real estate.  Mr. Ching began his career as an attorney in Dallas, Texas.  He is a member of the State Bar of Texas and a member of the Oil, Gas & Energy Resources section. Mr. Ching received a B.B.A. in Finance from Texas Christian University and received his J.D. from South Texas College of Law.
 
Jeff Brown, Chief Operating Officer.  Mr. Brown has over 34 years of engineering and operations experience in the upstream energy industry and has served as Chief Operating Officer for Bainbridge Energy since 2017.  Prior to Bainbridge Energy, Mr. Brown served as VP of Engineering and Operations for J-W Operating Company with responsibilities including budgeting, strategic planning, reserves management, operations and engineering support.  Mr. Brown had a 32-year career with J-W Operating Company with responsibilities in multiple basins.  He was intimately involved in stimulation design and well design utilizing horizontal technology in well over 100 wells in formations including Haynesville, Barnett Shale, Cotton Valley and Marcellus. He has remained an active Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Louisiana since 1991. Mr. Brown received a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from Louisiana Tech University in 1983 and is an active member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers.
 
Steve Moore, Chief Financial Officer.  Mr. Moore has over 35 years of operational, financial, marketing and communications experience in energy industry and has served as Bainbridge Energy’s CFO since March 2017.  Steve has been a partner in Tsunami Energy Holdings LP, a private equity firm specializing in energy related investments, and which serves as the General Partner of the Fund since 2017.  Prior to joining Bainbridge Energy, Mr. Moore served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of BRS Resources from 2011 to 2015.  Steve served as the Chief Financial Officer of Saxon Oil from 2007 to 2010.  Prior to Saxon, Mr. Moore served in a number of capacities, including as an engineer, Director of Communications and Director of Strategic Planning, for Haliburton Company (NYSE: “HAL”).  Steve was the editor and publisher of Petroleum Engineer International from 1980 to 1990.  Mr. Moore received a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering in 1978 and a Master of Business Administration in 1998 from Southern Methodist University.
